Bring your discomfort, leave with your joy.

Initiation rituals are found in every culture around the globe for a single purpose: to help guide us through stages of growth and change.

Like releasing a ballast, we are emboldened to part with cherished beliefs and habits that have tethered us to the past, so that we can fully embrace the present. As we learn to accept and be with discomfort, we gain escape velocity: the uncertainty we’ve been running from becomes fuel for our forward momentum.

As with any rite of passage - at any age - these movements between life phases can be either fraught with FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real), or buoyed by the freedom of seeing clearly.

If you’re ready to stop making FEAR real, our “Initiation” evening preview - and all of our work - is for you.

We’ll explore the architecture of “the house that fear built” (and what it takes to tear it down), while also touching on practical tools – like guided one-on-one and group sharing, movement, and breathwork.

Join us June 10 for this free, accessible introduction to the Awareness Institute’s programs, including our upcoming “Initiation” workshop (June 27-28). There will be space to reflect, to connect with others, and to begin engaging life in a whole new way.

We warmly invite you to join us. Whatever stage you’re going through, the process is easier with a caravan.
